"I need a new laptop b/c I am trying to finish grad school with this “craptop” I currently have. It’s hanging on by a microthread, and try as I might, duct tape and prayers haven’t been working! I tried to dust off my mom had called a word processor (LOL) but trying to find a plug in the classroom was tough through the throngs of laughter and pointing!
Honestly, this would be an amazing gift–I have struggled to get this far and this laptop would be a huge relief! I even promise that if I win, I will be a faux hipster at least once a week and hit up a coffee shop pretending to write a screen play with a half caff skim latte & an beret! "

Sad, but true!
